Job Summary
Conduct virtual inbasket support and manage paneled patient needs through a team-based approach with NPs and PAs. Deliver remote video visits from home and handle light physician calls screened by nursing and allied health staff. Collaborate with specialists across the organization and lead quality improvement projects within abundant leadership and committee structures. Participate in the robust onboarding and mentorship program while maintaining flexibility for four days a week.
