Job Summary
Conduct team-based care with NPs and PAs to support paneled patient needs, utilizing virtual inbasket support and collaborative relationships with specialists. Manage light physician call duties that are all virtual and screened through RNs, NPs, and PAs initially. Deliver patient care through flexible schedules, including 4-day workweeks and remote video visits from home. Participate in abundant leadership and committee work to promote quality improvement projects within this inclusive, physician-led organization.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
