Job Summary
Conduct virtual patient visits and manage paneled patient needs within a team-based care model supported by NPs and PAs. Collaborate with specialists across the organization and participate in robust onboarding and mentorship programs. Engage in leadership and committee work to advance quality improvement projects while maintaining flexibility in schedule, including four-day work weeks and remote video visits from home. Handle light physician calls that are screened through RNs, NPs, and PAs initially.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
