Job Summary
Conduct virtual patient visits via video from home and manage paneled patient needs through a team-based approach with NPs and PAs. Collaborate with specialists across the organization and participate in robust onboarding, mentorship, and leadership committee work to drive quality improvement projects. Manage light physician calls that are screened through RNs, NPs, and PAs initially, while maintaining flexibility in schedule including four-day work weeks and variable visit durations.
