Job Summary
Conduct team-based family medicine care using a collaborative approach with NPs and PAs to support paneled patient needs. Manage virtual inbasket support and facilitate remote video visits from home. Collaborate with specialists across the organization and participate in robust onboarding and mentorship programs. Engage in leadership and committee work while driving quality improvement projects. Handle light physician call duties that are all virtual and screened through RNs, NPs, and PAs initially. Maintain flexible schedules, including four-day work weeks and flexible visit durations.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
