PAF Operator (Collar Machine)

Job Summary
Inspect parts visually for defects and use an Ohm to ensure collars meet quality standards. Trim parts as needed and maintain a clean work area. Report all product and machine problems to Technicians or the Lead, and flag parts requiring scrapping for confirmation. Ability to read and follow specifications is required to mold the correct parts. This role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment with exposure to machine noise and heat. Lifting may involve materials up to 50 pounds, and safety equipment including eye glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow specifications
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to work with minimum direction
- Ability to identify different materials and products
- Experience working in fast pace, high change environment
- Ability to lift materials and product up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in and around heavy equipment
- Ability to use safety equipment including eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
