Job Summary
Provide personalised, child-centred care in the community, helping children feel safe, comfortable, and supported at home while giving families confidence and peace of mind. Deliver high standards of clinical care in a more personal and supported setting, whether transitioning from hospital nursing or already working in the community. Full and part-time hours available, including nights from Monday to Friday, with weekly availability up to 40 hours. The role requires RCN, RGN, or RNID qualification, NMBI registration, and full eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship. Experience in paediatric or complex care is essential.
