Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to children in their homes across Dublin and County Meath, assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care while administering medications and monitoring health conditions. Support children with complex medical needs and promote their comfort, wellbeing, and independence by working closely with families to deliver family-centred care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensure infection prevention and safety standards, and communicate effectively with parents and multidisciplinary teams. Travel to clients' homes as required, participate in continuous professional development, and work Monday through Saturday with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) registration
- Full right to work in Ireland
Desired Qualifications
- Paediatric nursing experience is desirable
- Full clean driving licence and access to transport preferred
