Paediatric Coordinator

Job Summary

Manage and triage referrals to paediatrician services while delivering clinical assessments for children under eight and their families. Coordinate care throughout engagement, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to conduct case conferences and refer to appropriate services. Deliver health promotion, support clinic staff engagement, and administer immunization programs and regular health checks. Maintain a C Class Driver's Licence and AHPRA Nurse registration for this role based in Waterford West.

Required Qualifications

  • Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD)
  • Current AHPRA Registration - Nurse
  • Current Disability Worker Screening Check (Qld Yellow Card)
  • Post graduate qualification in Child Health, Public health or related Qualification
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and /or communities
