Job Summary
Paediatric Acute/Neonates Speech and Language Therapist (Band 7) part-time in Epsom, UK. Independently assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, and feeding disorders in neonates and paediatric patients. Collaborate with neonatal and paediatric medical teams to develop and deliver tailored intervention plans. Provide support and training to families and caregivers on feeding and communication strategies. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
Required Qualifications
- A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration and eligibility for RCSLT membership
- Significant post-qualification experience working with neonates and children in acute care settings
- Confidence in managing complex feeding and communication needs independently
