Job Summary
Sort, transfer, and stack cases of finished product onto pallets by reading packaging specifications to ensure correct pallet type and arrangement. Observe cases moving along conveyors to identify defective units or incorrect labeling, then turn the selector switch on the palletizer to control stacking and transfer loaded pallets to the delivery platform. Supply loading equipment with empty pallets and slip sheets while stopping and restarting equipment to clear jams; inform the supervisor of any malfunctions. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs at chest height, work other shifts if needed, and perform overtime as required.

- Must have the ability to read, write and speak English
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must be solution oriented
- Must have some computer knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent
