Job Summary
Coach players across all levels by delivering individual and group sessions using 4PADEL's ready-made training packages. Run clinics, workshops, and events including beginner introductions and social play formats integrated into the tournament calendar. Track and communicate player progress by providing feedback, setting development goals, and keeping the club team informed to build retention. Contribute to the coaching programme by evolving the curriculum and developing new content formats. Engage with the wider community of players, staff, and management to contribute ideas beyond the court.
Required Qualifications
- Padel coaching certification recognised by FIP, RPP, or equivalent (e.g. DTB, DPV in Germany)
- Experience coaching padel in a club or academy setting at mixed levels
- Good communication skills in German and/or English
- Able and ready to work in Germany as a Freelancer or Employed
