Job Summary

Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs, assessing skills and providing constructive feedback. Design training programs to improve technical, tactical, and physical abilities while fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere. Assist with junior player development and participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities. Collaborate with staff to maintain high service standards and ensure player safety. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coaching techniques and trends. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a padel Coach
  • relevant coaching qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules
  • Ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
