Operate the oven correctly to supply fresh bread, ensuring proper packaging and storage techniques for preservation. Maintain focus on communication, creativity, and perception while adhering to company values of simplicity, respect, and sustainability. Full high school education required with six months of experience preferred; availability for flexible shifts is essential.
