Paddock Laborer - Seasonal

Job Summary
Foster a fun environment by acting as a gracious host to guests and coworkers while promoting a positive community influence. Maintain the cleanliness of interior and exterior paddock areas using specialized equipment and chemicals, including routine and project cleaning of signage and light fixtures. Perform proper cleaning, storage, and maintenance of department equipment, and remove paddock floor pads. Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and company policies, including accident prevention programs and reporting any safety concerns to the manager. Must be at least 19 years old, physically mobile with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and comfortable initiating conversations. Experience working around horses is preferred.

- Must be a minimum of 19 years of age
- Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
- Ability to multi task as necessary
- Need tact when dealing with difficult team members, guests or situations
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
Desired Qualifications
