Support clients with intellectual disabilities and substance use disorders in daily living tasks such as cooking, laundry, and personal hygiene while guiding them toward self-sufficiency. Accompany clients reliably to medical appointments and errands, maintaining clear communication with the coordinating contact person and documenting all developments in the HIS system. Work 60% of the time in a special living form setting in Wiesbaden, utilizing a valid Class B driver's license. The role offers a balanced work-life balance with participatory shift planning, a monthly shopping allowance, and access to continuing education and supervision within a multiprofessional team.
