Uphold children's rights, child protection, and participatory structural frameworks while supporting 15 children from infancy through school entry. Maintain open and appreciative interactions with children, parents, and team members within a small, family-like environment. The role begins as a substitute position with a preference for long-term collaboration, offering TVöD compensation, daily lunch, and opportunities for team development toward kindergarten leadership.
