Provide care that respects individual needs while promoting community and belonging. Take on cross-functional tasks and document services performed accurately. Work in a two-shift system including weekends. Requires a three-year Heilerziehungspfleger or Erzieher qualification, Class B driver's license, and familiarity with digital tools. Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger, Erzieher (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Freude an der Arbeit mit erwachsenen Menschen mit Autismus-Spektrum-Störungen in einer besonderen Wohnform
- Bereit, im Zweischichtdienst sowie an Wochenenden zu arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
- Organisationsgeschick
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
- Führerschein der Klasse B
