Plan, implement, and reflect educational offers based on the Berlin Education Program while supporting children aged 1–6 in individual development. Deliver daily care in either the crib or elementary group, collaborate with parents as a trusted partner, and co-create projects and concepts. Lead approximately one day per week by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating the schedule, preparing team meetings, and serving as the primary contact for organizational inquiries. Work Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 16:30 in a small, family-oriented Kita serving 30 children.
