Job Summary
Accompany children and adolescents aged 10 to 15 with challenging behavior, developing educational and care offers while implementing individual support measures based on care planning. Foster daily routines and diverse leisure activities, supporting school attendance and actively engaging in cross-functional tasks. Maintain contact with authorities and cooperation partners, working flexible shifts, weekends, night readiness, holiday programs, and parent work. Act according to the behavior-therapeutically oriented stage and reinforcement plan.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium als Erzieher, Sozialarbeiter, Heilpädagoge (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Bereitschaft, die diakonische Ausrichtung unserer Arbeit aktiv zu unterstützen
- Christliche Werteorientierung
