Job Summary
Provide daily support, care, and companionship to individuals with chronic psychiatric illnesses, often involving co-occurring substance use issues, within the Lutherstraße residential complex. Manage personal care, household duties, and leisure activities while maintaining professional, empathetic relationships during challenging interactions. Collaborate closely with medical staff and legal representatives to ensure comprehensive care plans. Document all activities and incidents accurately. Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required. This role contributes to positive development for clients within Bethel.regional's intensive supported living program in Lünen.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger oder Erzieher
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
- Werde Teil einer Gemeinschaft mit christlichen Werten
- Bereitschaft, die diakonische Ausrichtung der Arbeit aktiv zu unterstützen
