Accompany and shape the daily pedagogical routine for eight children aged six and older, managing morning care, leisure activities, and evening rituals while maintaining close contact with the children's original care systems through parent interviews and visit support. Document care progress by writing help plan reports and actively participate in team meetings to discuss child behavior and therapeutic approaches. Engage in continuous professional development to adopt a trauma-sensitive, attachment-oriented mindset that seeks the positive reasons behind children's actions. This role is part of a newly founded team where pedagogy and therapy work hand-in-hand, offering a safe, accepting environment for children to process and integrate past trauma.
