Job Summary
Provide individual living and support services for adults with cognitive impairments, physical disabilities, and complex behavioral or mental health needs within a residential setting. Act as a reference person for clients, facilitating their daily lives and participating actively in service conversations, peer counseling, and case meetings to promote professional exchange. Document all rendered services diligently. This role is part of a team of over 5,400 colleagues at Bethel.regional, offering part-time work (up to 29.25 hours) with an entry salary of approximately €4,327 gross/month. The position is permanent and allows for flexible start dates, supported by employer-funded pension and continuing education opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / Pflegefachmann / Pflegefachfrau / Heilerziehungspfleger / Altenpfleger
- Ausbildung im pädagogischen Bereich (z.B. Erzieher oder Sozialarbeiter)
- Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Menschen mit kognitiven Behinderungen und psychischen Erkrankungen
