Accompany children lovingly through daily routines while fostering their individual talents and creative approaches. Maintain a trusting educational partnership with parents on an equal footing and collaborate closely with group leaders to create a welcoming atmosphere. Work hand in hand with colleagues to support children, youth, and families on their individual paths. Requires state-recognized educator or social pedagogue qualification, with an annual salary range of 40,800€ to 55,200€ for 40-hour weeks. Located in Munich at Haimhauserstraße 3-5a.
