Job Summary
Accompany adolescents aged 14–18 in intensive one-on-one contact, building trusting relationships and opening new life perspectives during difficult situations. Act as a crisis manager by securing support during acute crises, establishing stable daily structures, and collaborating with the entire family system and involved institutions. Support youth in finding suitable vocational training and schooling measures, accompany them through bureaucratic procedures, and organize experiential leisure or holiday activities. Contribute your expertise directly to reporting, individual help planning, and daily pedagogical practice while working on equal footing within the multiprofessional ISE team.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit / Sozialpädagogik oder eine Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Erzieher (m/w/d)
- systemische/therapeutische Zusatzqualifikation (z. B. Beratung/Therapie)
- stark ausgeprägte systemische Haltung
- selbstständige, hochgradig eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Bereitschaft, punktuell auch nachts oder am Wochenende zu arbeiten
- positive Lebenseinstellung
- ausgeprägte sozialkommunikative Kompetenzen
