Conduct individual support and supervision during school days, assisting students with work organization, social behavior, and concentration. Facilitate conflict resolution among peers and teachers while developing and stabilizing daily routines. Communicate regularly with parents, schools, and therapists to implement agreed-upon goals set with the youth office. Ensure child protection standards are met throughout the intervention process. This role operates on a fee basis for 3–5 days weekly (14–32 hours) in Meckenheim and Bornheim, serving young people, families, and adults facing psychological burdens in the southern Cologne area.
