Job Summary
Support and accompany children or adolescents in all life situations within a 2:1 setting, establishing a stable relationship as a fixed reference person. Structure the daily routine with clear rules and rituals while intervening in crises to foster self-regulation, social competence, and independence. Plan and lead experiential, sports, and daily practice activities, documenting pedagogical work and participating in help plan discussions. The 24-hour care facility in Neukirchen-Vluyn utilizes sports and adventure pedagogy to build bridges into the community, offering a small team with flat hierarchies and opportunities to set personal pedagogical and sports focuses.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung als z. B.: Sozialpädagog*in/Sozialarbeiter*in, Erzieher*in, Erziehungswissenschaftler*in, Heilpädagog*in, Heilerziehungspfleger*in, Pädagog*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst bzw. 24-Stunden-Betreuungssetting
