Support adolescents aged 13 to 17 (and eventually 10 to 14) in crisis situations through open dialogue and daily assistance with school challenges and leisure activities. Provide comprehensive care within the stationary youth welfare framework while maintaining careful documentation of all interactions. Requires a B-class driver's license, strong digital skills, and a background in child and youth education or social work. Full-time equivalent salary of approximately 3,941 € per month (based on 39 hours) with 31 days of vacation, employer-funded pension, and flexible part-time options up to 29.25 hours weekly. The role is part of Bethel.regional's network of over 270 services supporting people with disabilities, mental health conditions, and substance use disorders across North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate.
