Job Summary
Steer organizational workflows, develop team structures, and ensure stable care for children and adolescents in a new facility. Act as the primary interface between clients, families, and staff while building processes and setting new impulses from the start. Lead the team through the launch of a modern housing unit dedicated to integration assistance, fostering a collaborative atmosphere with weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Sozialpädagogik
- Erziehungswissenschaften
- erste Erfahrungen in einer Führungsposition
- Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste
