Conduct case-responsible care according to individual help plans and visit clients in their own homes or residential facilities. Support daily living, leisure, and daily structure while facilitating social contacts and helping navigate medical appointments and administrative visits. Manage documentation and administrative tasks while assisting clients in coping with impairments and crises. Requires a pedagogical qualification or willingness to train in the social sector, along with a driver's license and vehicle.
