Job Summary
Operate pad wheel to fill grain on high-end furniture while applying glaze uniformly, blending, and detailing with steel wool. Clean brushes of excess materials and maintain an orderly work environment. Dispose of used rags in proper fireproof containers and strictly follow all safety policies. Work an 8-hour shift in a noisy environment, requiring the ability to walk, stand, climb, stoop, twist, push, pull, and bend. Frequently lift or carry objects up to 50 lbs, with assistance up to 100 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with previous glazing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to walk, stand, climb, stoop, twist, push, pull and bend over the course of 8 hours
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
- Must be able to climb up and down on pallets and ladders as needed
- Frequently lifting / carrying objects up to 50 lbs, up to 100 lbs with assistance
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous glazing experience a plus
