PACU Nurse

Manage airway support, monitor neurological and cardiac status, and respond promptly to complications for surgical patients in the immediate post-operative recovery phase. Provide initial wound care, ensure patient stability, and collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team while applying critical thinking and technical skills to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care. Assess patient conditions throughout the shift, document changes thoroughly, and educate patients and families on medical conditions and follow-up measures. This role requires at least one year of critical care experience and includes on-call availability during select non-business hours.
