Job Summary
PACU Nurse needed at The Hospital at Westlake Medical Center in Austin, TX. Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem openings with Sign-On Bonus for full-time. Provide care to patients recovering from anesthesia in the immediate post-operative phase, monitor status, manage pain and complications, and prepare for discharge or transfer. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient-centered care in compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Previous PACU or ICU experience REQUIRED.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of Texas or compact equivalent
- BLS Required
- ACLS Required
