PACU Clinical Nurse Leader role overseeing a nursing unit in the PACU. Leads supervision of nursing and support staff, coordinates patient care with healthcare teams, ensures compliance with hospital policies and safety standards, and drives quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include evaluating staff performance, delegating tasks, managing patient flow and bed assignments, leading infection prevention efforts, coordinating handoffs and unit huddles, supporting professional development, and responding to emergencies within the unit. Requires strong clinical knowledge, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with RN licensure and BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. The position is based at Sahuarita Hospital with emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration, safety, and patient-centered care.
