Job Summary
Provide administrative and clinical leadership to the PACT team, ensuring compliance with the PACT model and standards while modeling the organization's mission and core values. Monitor service delivery, outcomes, and productivity to support budgetary compliance and strategic initiatives, including monthly financial reporting and revenue goal tracking. Direct day-to-day clinical operations by scheduling staff for 24/7 coverage, leading team meetings, conducting clinical assessments, and coordinating client admissions with medical providers. Supervise staff performance through coaching, training, and evaluation, while building relationships with external partners such as law enforcement and community organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Oklahoma State Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Behavioral Practitioner, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Alcohol and Drug-MH Counselor
- Two years experience in a professional capacity involving the delivery of clinical service or any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
Desired Qualifications
- Two years experience in a supervisory role preferred
