PACT Supervisor

Job Summary

Directly provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses while supervising the multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment team. Lead regular clinical meetings, conduct weekly individual and group supervision for team members, and manage staff scheduling to ensure coverage for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Oversee staff recruitment, interviewing, hiring, orientation, and performance reviews, while also leading the screening process for referrals and determining admission criteria. Deliver approximately eight hours of direct client services weekly, including case management, crisis planning, and symptom education, and maintain relationships with law enforcement, human services agencies, and community resources.

Required Qualifications

  • MHP required
  • Master's degree in nursing, social work, psychiatric rehabilitation, or psychology
  • Licensed in the State of Washington as a LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW
  • Strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses
  • Three years' experience in diagnostic screening and assessment or care of individuals of psychotic disorders
  • Expertise in working with individuals with schizophrenia-spectrum disorders
  • Utilizing empirically-based psychotherapies such as CBT for psychosis (CBTp) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Clear understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses
  • Knowledgeable about the ACT model
  • Qualified Approved Supervisor for training in chemical dependency and/or mental health
  • Skills and competence to establish supportive trusting relationships with persons with SMI
  • Respect for client rights and personal preferences in treatment
  • Valid Driver's license for the state of Washington
  • Amenable to municipal travel for community visits and outreach
  • Ability to work non-conforming hours to meet with clients/provide services

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in nursing, social work, psychiatric rehabilitation, or psychology preferred
  • Licensed in the State of Washington as a LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW preferred
