Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of psychiatric and physical health histories, then develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment goals and plans for clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Deliver direct clinical services through individual, group, and family sessions to teach behavioral symptom management and social skills, while coordinating activities with individual treatment teams and advocating for client rights. Maintain weekly productivity targets of three contacts per client, complete clinical records per policy, and initiate relationships with law enforcement and community resources. Perform emergency services and on-call crisis intervention, including medication delivery rotations on weeknights, weekends, and holidays. Transport clients using a valid vehicle and provide benefits counseling as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must maintain licensure in the state of Montana
- Graduation from a college or university with a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychiatric rehabilitation, or psychology
- Must be working toward licensure in Montana
- Must have a clear understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses
- Must be knowledgeable about the PACT model
- Must have a valid Montana driver's license
- Must have valid vehicle insurance
- Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays for medication delivery rotation
- Must be able to perform emergency services both during and after normal work hours
- Must be able to perform on-call duty for crisis intervention and for employee supervision and consultation
- Must pass Background Checks
- Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check
