Job Summary
The position is for a PACS Imaging Support Analyst Level 2, offering advanced support for radiology applications like PACS and RIS. The candidate will provide crucial technical assistance, maintain system integrity, and enhance workflow efficiency in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Selected candidates will work full-time, initially onsite for two months, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter, with a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing application support for radiology applications, including PACS and RIS.
- In-depth knowledge of PACS systems, radiology workflows, and healthcare interoperability standards such as DICOM and HL7.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with system implementation, integration, configuration, and testing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working in a healthcare IT environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as CIIP (Certified Imaging Informatics Professional) would be a plus.
