Job Summary
Pack, wrap, and protect contents from damaged properties following company standards while photographing and documenting each item for accurate inventory tracking. Carefully load, transport, and position contents in storage vaults or job sites, assist with cleaning and restoring items, and label boxes and vaults accurately. Help lift furniture and appliances, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety procedures while providing professional communication during on-site packouts. Work collaboratively with the team, drivers, and project managers. This role requires physical stamina to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly and perform tasks in damaged structures or varied conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if driving duties assigned).
- Ability to use tablets, phones, or inventory software for documentation.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior restoration, moving, warehouse, or packout experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inventory procedures.
- Comfort working in damaged structures, tight spaces, and various conditions.
- Strong organization skills and ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
