Job Summary
Packout & Moving Team Lead responsible for leading residential and commercial packout and packback projects, directing crew members, coordinating with customers and stakeholders, and making field decisions to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Candidates should demonstrate ownership, strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset. The role involves supervising the packout process, maintaining inventory accountability, operating company vehicles and moving equipment, and mentoring newer team members. The position may involve work in asbestos-contaminated environments (paid Asbestos Certification Course; asbestos work adds $3/hour). Requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 75+ lbs+, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to families recovering after fire, smoke, water, or mold damage. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Previous moving, restoration, construction, logistics, warehouse, or crew leadership experience preferred
- Experience leading teams or supervising projects is strongly preferred
- Ability to safely lift and move 75+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to learn inventory and documentation software (training provided)
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
