Packout Lead 2nd Shift

Lead the daily operation of the department by assigning and reviewing work, resolving shipment issues, and enforcing safety rules for a team of 16-25 employees. Direct trailer activity, validate truck drivers, and approve direct reports while maintaining equipment and ensuring clean work areas. Process shipments according to established procedures, including cross-checking lot numbers and reviewing bills of lading. Inspect cooler and freezer conditions, conduct inventory cycle counts, and perform date entry duties to document goods receipts and material movements. Follow all safety policies and regulations, utilizing protective equipment as applicable.
