Job Summary
Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to assemble, pack, and prepare products for shipment while following FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines. Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform routine maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area, assist with inventory management including stock rotation, and support assembly processes. Requires standing for long periods, lifting 40 pounds, and working variable hours with some weekends and overtime. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Bending/Stooping, use of hands
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to operate forklifts safely
- Prior warehouse experience or manufacturing background
- Familiarity with packaging processes and assembly operations
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools
- Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and FDA regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
