Job Summary
Operate and monitor bagging and palletizing stations while loading trucks and rail cars, and unload raw materials. Prepare, sample, and test cement products and raw materials using forklifts, small loaders, and other equipment. This role supports the bagging, palletizing, batching, mixing, testing, and loading of cement products at our Martinsburg, WV plant. We provide hands-on training and a supportive management team dedicated to continual improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–year of industrial, mechanical, or shipping experience
- Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
