Job Summary
Lead a packing team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly order fulfillment targets; oversee packing orders to ensure SLA compliance; inspect and ensure packing quality per client specifications; utilize CloudX WMS and Excel for record-keeping; monitor inventory and report shortages; coach staff on productivity and safety; communicate priorities and requirements; participate in housekeeping and maintain safe work environment; rotating schedule with daytime hours; requires 1-2 years of warehouse experience and HS diploma preferred; proficient with MS Office and WMS; able to work OT and perform physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of related warehouse experience is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Ability to effectively communicate, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- A basic English proficiency is required.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Ability to work overtime as business needs dictate.
