Job Summary
Prioritize orders based on required ship dates and urgency by monitoring old or delayed orders in the pack room, including Home Depot and Next Day Air shipments. Monitor the floor for pallets needing research, such as incomplete, canceled, or partially filled orders, and act as a liaison between Resolution and Order Orchestration teams to facilitate smooth workflow. Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies like incorrect packing methods or missing material, escalating issues when necessary while systematically closing truck loads. Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word, communicate effectively with warehouse staff to streamline order processing, and assist in continuous improvement efforts. Work under high-pressure conditions while maintaining accuracy and organization, with a flexible schedule including weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Warehouse organization procedures
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Able to lift and move heavy merchandise items
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work on weekends, as needed
- Precise data entry and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and basic math skills
- Customer Service experience
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with receiving functions including RF scanning
- WMS experience
