Job Summary
Gather customer products at workstation, inspect items for quality compliance, and stage nonconforming goods. Package conforming products per specifications and accurately record scrap, downtime, and production data on tracking reports. Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the shift and immediately inform the crew leader of any quality or machine operation changes. Clearly communicate with prior and subsequent shift associates while performing any other duties requested by the supervisor. This entry-level role includes provided training, full-time schedules with 12-hour rotating shifts, and a competitive hourly wage with attendance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 6 - 12 months of proven work history
- Pass pre-employment screening
- Physically be able to work 12-hour shifts, a lot of standing, moving, stepping, hand coordination etc.
- Follow onsite policies
- Maintain a productive pace of work
