Job Summary
Prepare orders per shipping instructions, move products to proper locations, and assign new locations using blueprints and hand tools. Package items for shipping, complete final assembly inspections, and fill out inspection paperwork while moving parts to storage racks. Mark identifying codes on products and maintain a clean, orderly work area daily. Recognize and comply with all safety rules, including wearing hearing and eye protection as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (with assist), 35 pounds regularly (independently)
- Ability to operate a computer and other electronic equipment, such as an inventory scanner
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and correspondence, as well as effectively communicate with others within the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP Systems and Microsoft Suite
