Job Summary
Pack quality parts, label, and stack product according to specifications while ensuring safety policies are followed to maintain an accident-free environment. Operate a manual pallet jack to transfer product and assist Machine Operators with changeovers using basic hand tools. Identify problem areas affecting throughput, quality, and safety, then collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to define issues, suggest solutions, and implement improvements individually or as part of the team. Complete daily production sheets and perform duties including Ant Bait, EAC, Pieces, parts, and Molding packing. Work the 1st shift in Knoxville, TN, with regular attendance required to maintain job functions.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with hand tools such as wrench and screwdriver preferred
- Experience operating pallet jack preferred
- Basic mathematical skills
