Job Summary
Packer role on a fast-paced manufacturing team in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities include setting up cartons and preparing them for packing, inspecting and counting products for quality before packing, making minor machine adjustments, performing basic quality checks (measuring, weighing, appearance), supporting job changeovers and preparing products for shipping/inventory, participating in daily CIL routines, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following standardized work procedures and documentation; assists Machine Operators and other duties as assigned. Shift options are 6:45am–3:15pm or 2:45pm–11:15pm, with temp-to-hire opportunities and benefits upon conversion.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
