Packer

Inspect and package fresh produce including blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and apples. Safely utilize basic tools to sort, organize, and place boxes on pallets while maintaining continuous production runs and machine efficiency. Properly complete all required paperwork and ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs. Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement. Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely while adhering to all Company and Departmental procedures, Safety, Food Safety, and Good Manufacturing Procedures. Schedule varies depending on business need, typically covering AM and PM shifts.
